WithFrame License

WithFrame grants you an ongoing, non-exclusive license to use the WithFrame React Native Components.
Personal License
The license grants permission to one individual (the Licensee) to access and use the WithFrame React Native Components.
You can:
- Use the WithFrame React Native Components to create unlimited End Products.
- Modify the WithFrame React Native Components to create derivative components. Those components are subject to this license.
- Use the WithFrame React Native Components to create unlimited End Products for unlimited Clients.
- Use the WithFrame React Native Components to create End Products where the End Product is sold to End Users.
- Use the WithFrame React Native Components to create End Products that are open source and freely available to End Users.
You cannot:
- Use the WithFrame React Native Components to create End Products that are designed to allow an End User to build their own End Products using the WithFrame React Native Components or derivatives of the WithFrame React Native Components.
- Redistribute the WithFrame React Native Components or derivatives of the WithFrame React Native Components separately from an End Product, neither in code nor as design assets.
- Share your access to the WithFrame React Native Components with any other individuals.
- Use the WithFrame React Native Components to produce anything that may be deemed by WithFrame, in their sole and absolute discretion, to be competitive or in conflict with the business of WithFrame.
Example usage
Examples of usage allowed by the license:
- Creating a mobile app for personal use.
- Creating a mobile app for a client that will be owned by that client.
- Creating a commercial mobile app (e.g., a fitness tracking app) where end users have to pay a fee to use the application.
- Creating a commercial mobile app that is sold to end users for a one-time fee.
- Creating a mobile app where the primary purpose is clearly not to simply redistribute the components (e.g., a weather app that uses the components for its UI) that is free and open source, where the source code is publicly available.
Examples of usage not allowed by the license:
- Creating a repository of your favorite WithFrame UI components or derivatives based on WithFrame UI components and publishing it publicly.
- Creating a version of WithFrame UI for another framework (e.g., React or Angular) and making it available either for sale or for free.
- Creating a design kit based on the WithFrame UI component designs for Figma or Sketch and distributing it.
- Creating an app builder platform where end users can build their own mobile apps using components or derivatives of the WithFrame UI components.
- Creating a theme, template, or project starter kit using the WithFrame UI components and making it available either for sale or for free.
- Creating an admin panel tool that is made available either for sale or for free.
In simple terms, use WithFrame UI for anything you like as long as it doesn’t compete with WithFrame. The copyright of the WithFrame React Native Components is owned by WithFrame.
Enforcement
WithFrame reserves the right to enforce this license and take appropriate legal action against any individuals or entities found to be in violation of the terms and conditions stated herein. Enforcement actions may include, but are not limited to, termination of access to WithFrame components, cancellation of licenses, and pursuit of legal remedies. In cases of blatant and malicious violation, such as intentional redistribution of WithFrame components through unauthorized channels, no refunds will be issued.
Liability
WithFrame’s liability to you for costs, damages, or other losses arising from your use of the components, templates, or derivatives thereof, including third-party claims against you, is limited to a refund of your license fee. WithFrame shall not be held liable for any consequential damages, indirect damages, or lost profits related to your use of the components, templates, or derivatives thereof. By using WithFrame components, you acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks and responsibilities associated with your use of the components, templates, or derivatives thereof.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Washington. Any legal proceedings related to this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of Washington, United States. You agree to accept service of process at the email address associated with your original order.
